Sellers Listing Program

     1.  Pay a flat marketing fee of $495.00 to list your home on the MLS with a 6 month listing.  The services that we will provide for the listing will be additional pictures that will be uploaded into the MLS, virtual tour, sign in the yard, lockbox on the door for easy access, and scheduling all appointments.

     2.  Offer selling agent a 3% commission.

     3.  Pay Affiliated Real Estate 1% at closing to handle the contract.

     4.  Commission for the sale of the property will be based on a variable fee.  If another Realtor were to bring an accepted offer the commission would be 3% to the selling agent and 1% to Affiliated Real Estate , totaling 4%.  If Affiliated Real Estate were to bring you a buyer directly through our own advertising the commission would be 3%.  If you as the seller were able to obtain your owner buyer we would handle the contract for 1%.  For a break down the most you would be out  is $495.00 plus 4% at closing, the least amount you would be out is $495.00 plus 1% at closing.
